No number? Rent one inside Ivot

Your agent needs a number to answer your customers. If you do not want to use yours, you rent a new Italian one from inside the platform — it stays the property of Ivot Agent — and the agent uses it on WhatsApp and, if your plan includes it, on the phone.

    An Italian phone number for your business, rented from Ivot Agent (which stays its owner) and used by your agent on WhatsApp. One per business, charged only from the day it is active, from the credits of your plan.
  • The phone agent

    4 credits per minute

    Per minute of conversation, counted from the minute started. Calls under 10 seconds are free. Available on plans that include the phone agent.

How it works

  1. 1In Ivot open Profile → “AI agent number” and press “Rent the number”. You need an active plan; one number per business.
  2. 2Fill in the verification Italian law requires: ID (front and back in one file), a utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months, and your tax code or VAT number. Companies complete the operator’s form.
  3. 3The operator checks the documents in 1 to 3 working days. When the number is ready you get an email and find it already inside Ivot.
  4. 4Press “Connect to WhatsApp” and choose the number in Meta’s window: from then on your agent answers from there. With the phone agent plan, calls to that number are taken by the agent too.

Do I have to rent a number?

No. Ivot also works on the WhatsApp number you already use with the WhatsApp Business app. The new number is for those who want a separate line for the agent, or do not have one.

What are credits?

They are the unit you use for everything the agents do: every plan includes 1,000 a month, and if you run out you can buy more whenever you want. The number and the phone calls are paid from the same credits.

Why do you need my documents?

Italian law requires every phone number to be registered to a real person or company. The documents go straight to the phone operator: Ivot does not keep them.

How much does the number cost?
